An Australian nutrition coach has singled out four healthy foods sold at Aldi Australia supermarkets that she adores.
Ash Murph, from Queenslandpraised the budget supermarket finds for offering great value and being excellent choices for anyone following a weight loss-focused eating plan.
Sharing her picks to her@coachedby.ashmurphthe first product Ash named was the Yoguri Plain Greek Style Strained Yoghurt, sold in a 900g tub for $5.69.
‘This yoghurt – it is so clean and the ingredients are so good,’ Ash explained in avideo.

There are only two ingredients: skim milk and live yoghurt cultures. Each 180g serve packs 16.4g of protein and just 100 calories.
Next on Ash’s Aldi shopping list was the $5.49 Westacre Dairy Cottage Cheese.
‘You’re going to find the same ingredients in any cottage cheese, so there’s no reason not to get it cheaper at Aldi,’ she said.

Also on Ash’s list was the Oh So Natural Organic Medjool Dates, sold in a 454g tub for $10.49.
Much like her cottage cheese advice, Ash recommends the Aldi version for value.
At Coles, a 454g pack of Medjool dates sells for $11, while Woolworths charges $12.50 for a 450g punnet.
