HGTV star Jasmine Roth is uncertain about the future of her home renovation show.

“We don’t (know if we’ve got a season six),” theHelp! I Wrecked My Househost, 41, told theDaily Mail.

“If you follow the news, you see that there’s a lot going on with HGTV and Warner Bros. Discovery right now,” she says of the network’s parent company. “If I get another opportunity to do that, whether it’s with this show or with another show, I’m here for it.”

The show first premiered in September 2020, and the fifth season aired its tenth and final episode on Nov. 26. But recent shakeups at the network have the veteran designer hoping for good news in the future.

“I’m excited to see what 2026 brings and what HGTV looks like in five, six months from now because I honestly don’t know what it’ll look like, but I hope to be a part of it,” the mother of two says.

Help! I Wrecked My Housefollows the designer and builder as she helps homeowners “finish problematic DIY projects,” according HGTV’s synopsis. Roth and her team enter clients’ homes to “turn mishaps into dream spaces in record time.”

HGTV did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In June, the network shocked fans by canceling a handful of beloved HGTV shows including Christina Haack’sChristina on the Coast,Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa’sThe Flipping El MoussasJonathan Knight’sFarmhouse FixerEgypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson’sMarried to Real Estate,Bargain BlockandIzzy Does It.

“I do think that it’s clear to everyone, whether you’re in the entertainment industry or not, that the way folks consume media and content is changing,” Roth told theMail. “And so it’s a matter of how we, as content creators, are going to keep up with that.”

Roth started out at the network in 2015 when producers approached her about making her own DIY show. She got her start withHidden Potentialher debut program, in 2017.

“Just having a TV show that’s in the public eye changes things immediately,” she said. “It puts you and your family and your business and everything on display, which has been amazing.”

Despite an uncertain future at present, the star called every project she’s worked on a “blessing.”

“It’s been one of the best opportunities. I love it. I think that it’s really cool to share what I do and be able to just be a creator and then have other people use my ideas.”
